Description

The ASCO K3A662V is a high-pressure, pilot-operated gas shutoff valve with a 1” pipe size, 1-5/8″ orifice, and 2-way normally closed operation.It operates at 120V, 60 Hz, with a power consumption of 20W.UL, CSA, and FM approved for safety compliance.

The valve features a die-cast aluminum body, NBR seals/disc, and stainless steel internal components.It supports a maximum differential pressure of 5 psi (0.3 bar), a flow factor of 18.4 Cv (15.9 Kv), and a gas capacity of 992,100 BTU/hr.

Designed to control the flow of gas in various systems, it includes a general-purpose junction box solenoid enclosure and 1/8″ NPT upstream and downstream pipe taps with plugs for routine testing.

The K3A662V directly replaces the K3A662U and is intended for positive shutoff on pilot or main gas lines in commercial and industrial gas burners using fuel gas.It is suitable for horizontal mounting.
