Wiha 21030, 30mm Insulated Deep Offset Wrench features a 15deg angled handle and insulation according to EN/IEC 60900, ISO 3110 specification. Individually tested to 10,000 volts and certified up to 1000 Volts AC or 1500 Volts DC.

Made from CVM or Chrome-Vanadium-Molybdenum steel which is a special, high strength, high performance alloy. Chromium improves wear resistance, hardness and corrosion resistance. Vanadium also improves the grain structure for a tougher tool. Molybdenum improves impact resistance as well as increases tensile strength and elasticity to prevent tool breakage and snapping.
