The Grade 10 Quad Link is a heavy-duty master link assembly specifically designed for use in 4-leg (quad) chain sling configurations. Engineered from high-strength quenched and tempered alloy steel, this component offers 25% higher working load limits compared to Grade 8 equivalents, making it ideal for demanding lifting applications across construction, offshore, manufacturing, and heavy engineering industries.

The quad link consists of a large master link with two intermediate sub-links, allowing for direct and secure connection to four chain legs. Its robust design ensures even load distribution and reduces stress on individual chain legs and fittings. The oversized main link also allows compatibility with crane hooks, lifting points, or other rigging hardware.

Each Grade 10 quad link is proof-tested, marked with traceability codes, and colour-coded (typically blue or pink) for quick identification of its grade and capacity.
